Our terms and conditions of registration are detailed below. Please ensure that you read and understand these prior to submitting your registration.
Terms and Conditions:
Delegates will be able to select the Early Bird fee up until close of business on 30 July 2011. If payment has not been received by this date, registrants will be charged the standard registration fee. Conference registrations will not be confirmed until the completed form and the correct payment is received and processed by DKC International.
Delegates should obtain confirmation from DKC International before committing to travel arrangements. DKC International cannot be responsible for your spam filters blocking your confirmation email. Please be sure your spam filters will allow mail from dkcinternational.com.au and lido.com.au
Please note:
- Capacity is limited and registrations will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Conference registrations cannot be shared.
- Registration fees are for the full day’s attendance, individual sessions cannot be purchased separately.
- Registrations can only be made prior to arriving at the conference. Registrations at the conference will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a group discount:
- 3 or more people from the same organisation must register at the same time, and
- each person must attend the 2 full days of conference.
Conference registration can be cancelled only in writing to accounts@dkcinternational.com.au and will be subject to confirmation in writing by DKC International. Conference registrations cancelled on or before 30 July 2011 will be entitled to an 80% refund. Registrations cancelled after 30 July 2011 and before 1 September 2011 will be entitled to a 50% refund. Registrations cancelled after 1 September 2011 will not be refunded. Substitutions may be made at any time. If you wish to substitute a participant, please contact DKC International at the earliest opportunity. All refunds will be made after the Conference and within two months.
